I’m usually a fan of Amy’s frozen products, but this one missed the mark.
I really like Amy’s cheese enchiladas and figured this would be similar, but the texture was off, way too mushy, and the flavor bland, except for the cilantro. I like cilantro, but it was overpowering in this dish. I added extra cheese, hoping that would help, but now I think I wasted the cheese.
Amy’s needs to send this one back to the kitchen and come up with a better recipe.
